Who we are

Shell Key ("we", "us") is a project-controls software and services business based in Lafayette, Louisiana. Contact: support@shellkey.company, +1 (337) 254-8321.

What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit a form (request, quote, contact, or download), we store what you enter: name, company, email, phone, address, and your message.

Site usage. We record page views on this site — the page, the referring site, the time, an anonymous browser identifier, and the country and device type reported by your browser. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other sites. If you later submit a form, we may associate your earlier visits on this site with your request so we can respond with the right product.

Purchases. Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number. PayPal sends us your name, email, the item purchased, and the transaction or subscription reference so we can deliver what you bought and handle support and cancellations.

How we use it

To answer your request, deliver and support the products you buy, bill subscriptions, improve this site, and — if you have asked for it or are a customer — send occasional product updates. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and a reply saying "no thanks" is honored within ten days.

Who we share it with

Service providers only, and only to run the business: Cloudflare (hosting, analytics, database), PayPal (payments), Google (email). We do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Form submissions and customer records are kept while you are a customer or prospect and for up to three years after last contact. Page-view records are kept for twelve months.

Your choices

Email support@shellkey.company to see, correct, or delete what we hold about you, or to opt out of marketing. We respond within ten business days.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the date above changes and customers are notified by email.
