Terms of Service

Purchases and delivery

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars. Payments are processed by PayPal. Digital guides and files are delivered by email after payment. Software subscriptions (Bid Board, Shell Key Inspection System, training) are activated the same business day; access details are sent to the email used at checkout.

Subscriptions and cancellation

Bid Board bills $75 for the first month and $750 per month thereafter until cancelled. The introductory month is available once per company. The Inspection System bills $2,000 per year. To cancel, email support@shellkey.company from the account email; you will receive a confirmation, access ends at the close of the current billing period, and no further charges are made. Fees already billed are not refunded.

Website builds

The AI Website Studio start fee of $50 is non-refundable and is credited toward the $500 purchase price when you approve the site. If you do not approve a site, nothing further is owed.

Custom work and quotes

Custom dashboards, applications and portals are delivered under a written scope with a fixed price and date, agreed by email before work starts. Changes outside the scope are quoted separately.

Licenses

Guides, Power BI files and training content are licensed to the purchaser for internal business use. They may not be resold or redistributed. Software subscriptions are licensed to the subscribing company for its employees and contractors.

Refunds

Digital downloads are not refundable once delivered. If a file is defective, email support within seven days and it will be corrected or replaced. Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time as described above.

Liability

Shell Key products support your project decisions; they do not make them. Shell Key is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of its products, and its total liability for any product is limited to the amount paid for it.

Governing law
